Mission

It is the mission of the Facilities Management Procurement Services Staff to provide our OSU Facilities Management and Main Campus Customers with superior service by fulfilling their requests in a professional and expeditious manner while mindful of our fiduciary responsibility to the OSU Shareholders.


Procurement Services' primary role is three fold

  1. Perform all activities surrounding the purchase, material expediting and accounts payable of all products and services for Facilities Management and Stores warehouse.

  2. Supply material to Facilities Management, and main campus personnel from one or a combination of two separate warehouses.

  3. Receive all freight for Facilities Management, and main campus departments and coordinate with FSS-Moves to schedule freight deliveries to end customer.
