University Mailing Services (UMS) is a Certified Postal Unit serving the OSU Stillwater campus and the surrounding community. UMS receives inbound mail and parcels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL and delivers them to departments across campus. The department also provides outbound shipping with discounted UPS and FedEx rates available to all customers.
 
As a Certified Postal Unit, UMS offers the full range of services provided by a traditional United States Post Office, including PO Box rentals, stamp sales, passport acceptance, money orders, and complimentary notary services. With comprehensive mailing and shipping capabilities in one convenient location, UMS is the campus and community’s one-stop shop for fast, reliable service with minimal wait times.
