Lost & Damaged
Has the express carrier lost or damaged your package?
You can file a claim by calling the toll free number listed below. Be prepared to provide the carrier with your tracking number, a description of the package, the sender’s address information, and the recipient’s address information.

REMEMBER: It is your responsibility to file the claim. We are not authorized to do make any claims for you.
Please be aware that the carrier is only liable for the insurance coverage.
You must keep all packaging material until the carrier tells you to dispose of the packaging and the damaged merchandise.
