Central Receiving

OSU Facilities Management

Central Receiving serves as the university’s central freight receiving hub, located on the northwest end of campus on the west side of Facilities Management Services Building 79. This location keeps 18‑wheel trucks out of the campus core, enhancing safety for students, faculty, and staff.

Services Provided

• Incoming freight receiving
• Outbound shipment assistance
• Campus delivery scheduling

Incoming Freight Guidelines 

Shipments over 150 lbs, arriving on a pallet, or shipped via freight carrier are automatically routed through Central Receiving.
