Facilities Management Procurement Services is committed to delivering superior support to OSU Facilities Management and Main Campus customers by fulfilling requests professionally, efficiently, and with careful stewardship of university resources. We strive to provide responsive service while upholding our fiduciary responsibility to the OSU community.

Procurement Services' primary role is three fold

Purchasing & Financial Processing Manage all procurement activities—including purchasing, material expediting, and accounts payable—for Facilities Management and the Stores warehouse.

Material Supply & Distribution Provide materials to Facilities Management and main campus personnel through a single, centralized warehouse, improving efficiency and ensuring timely access to essential supplies.

Freight Management & Delivery Coordination Receive all freight for Facilities Management and main campus departments and collaborate with FSS‑Moves to schedule deliveries to the final customer.
