The Remembrance Garden is a designated space to gather, remember, and reflect on the lives of fellow members of the Oklahoma State family who have passed away. The garden was dedicated in April of 2022. This corner was once the main entrance to the university, making it a perfect place to reflect on the Cowboys who have passed. “Once a Cowboy, Always a Cowboy” is etched onto the side of the water feature, signifying the deep-rooted identity and sense of belonging to a way of life that endures over time here at OSU. Even if someone leaves the physical Cowboy lifestyle, the values and spirit of that identity can still define them.
