  • Facilities Management and the City of Stillwater operates their own drinking water plants. A reciprocal water agreement exits to provide each with water in case of an emergency or maintenance.

Recognized for grounds maintained with a high degree of excellence based on turf, landscaping, safety, challenges, budget and sustainability.


2018 New OSU Central Plant

State-of-the-art $80M Central Plant for thermal production and includes a 60-seat high technology classroom to enhance student learning.


2017 APPA Effective & Innovative Award:

“Next Level Project: Model for Effective Change”

FM successfully navigated through the stress of organizational change to transform the “Physical Plant”, which had operated the same way for more than 30 years, into today’s Facilities Management.
