Welcome to the OSU Walkabout!

 

The OSU walkabout is a fun outdoor event brought to you by OSU Energy Management, that you can do on your own, with friends, or with family members. It's a great way to practice wayfinding on campus, learn building names, enjoy OSU's beautiful landscaping and architecture outdoors and locate fascinating artwork throughout campus.

  • What is OSU Walkabout?
    OSU Walkabout is an event put on by OSU Energy Management to encourage new students, staff, faculty, and memebrs of the Cowboy Family to become famiular with the OSU Stillwater Campus.
    To complete the OSU Walkabout, you will follow the location list (.pdf) provided to locate the points of interest around campus. Once you have reached the location take a photo or a selfie and post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and tag @osugreen
  • Who Can Participate?

    Students from the incoming freshman class of 2024, students or employees new to OSU, or anyone who wants to explore campus day or night.

      • Participate on your own, with friends, or with family members (while social distancing).
  • Where can I find an OSU map?
    An entire interactive map of the Stillwater OSU campus can be found here.
  • Helpful Hints
    • Map location numbers follow a designated path, but you may follow your own path and snap selfies at your favorite locations.
    • In some locations, you’ll need to look up to find the photo subject.
    • Be sure each photo includes your face at the map location, as well as the featured item.
